Casa José welcomes you to Nerja, Málaga, with a charming 78 m² holiday home ideal for up to 4 guests. This three-story townhouse is located in the peaceful Punta Lara residential area, offering a quiet setting. Enjoy 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The property features a fully equipped private kitchen and a living-dining room on the first floor. Bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor, while the terraces are on the third. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in the main bedroom, second bedroom, and living-dining room, private TV, washing machine, private barbecue, cot and high chair (both available on request). The house has mountain views and is close to the beach. You can relax in the communal outdoor pool, located 400 meters from the house. The pool is usually open from June to September (please confirm opening dates). The tranquil Punta Lara neighborhood ensures a peaceful stay. Events are not permitted. Self check-in is available for your convenience.

The cozy holiday home Cortijo Encarni is located in the hilly countryside between Frigiliana and the seaside town of Nerja and is a great starting point for both hiking and beach holidays. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The residential area is surrounded by mountains, which can be seen from many corners of the house, but the highlight certainly is the private outdoor area with an open terrace, on which you can bask on the deck chairs, enjoy delicious meals from the barbecue, spend the evenings with a glass of wine or take swims in the pool, all accompanied by a beautiful view over the glistening blue sea. The closest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (2 km) away and in the center of Nerja, 4 km (10-minute drive) from the home, many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found, while the closest beach, Playa Calahonda, is a 10-minute drive (3.6 km) away in Nerja. The city of Málaga, a 45-minute (56 km) drive west of the apartment is the native town of the world-famous painter Pablo Picasso, and you can visit his birth house in the beautiful center, close to the Picasso museum and many others, as well as the cathedral. Besides the plenty popular tourist attractions, the city is perfect for strolls and will impress with its amazing architecture and narrow alleyways. Málaga’s airport can be reached by car after 50 minutes (67 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The pool is open all year round.
